Remote Work

Same responsibilities. Different scenery.

Working remotely helps us make room for longer RV adventures while keeping a home base we love.

For us, extended travel includes time to work as well as time to explore. This is where we’ll share the practical side of bringing work along, from staying connected to finding a routine that leaves room for both responsibilities and the road.

Staying connected

Internet access is part of the planning when your work travels with you. We’ll share our experiences with connectivity on the road, including the questions we ask before booking and the lessons we learn at different stops.

Making space to work

An RV has to serve more than one purpose, and a workspace is part of that equation. We’ll explore the everyday considerations of working in a smaller space, from comfort and equipment to putting work away when the day is done.

Finding a workable rhythm

Workdays and travel days each need time. This section will grow with stories about balancing schedules, planning longer stays, and making time to enjoy the places we visit.

Start with the way we travel

We keep our home base in St. Petersburg, Florida, and head out together for two or three months at a time. Read our story for the bigger picture, or explore Life on the Road for the travel side of the balance.
